PLATFORM DEDICATED TO COMPLAINTS FROM SUPPLIERS OF INSTITUTIONS AND PUBLIC ORGANIZATIONS ON PAYMENT DEADLINES

In application of the High Royal Guidelines of August 20, 2018 and following the circular, of September 18, 2018, of the Minister of Economy and Finance on the payment deadlines of EEP, this Ministry is launching the electronic platform dedicated to the receipt and processing of complaints from suppliers concerning the terms of payment for their services by the EEP.

This platform was established according to a participatory approach involving the different stakeholders in particular, the General Confederation of Enterprises of Morocco (CGEM) and EEP.

It aims to facilitate exchanges and communication between suppliers and EEP, identify the causes of late payments, provide them with adequate solutions and improve payment terms for EEP suppliers.
